A Clean Spirit is a Danish sustainable spirits brand committed to quality and environmental responsibility, sailing their rum across the Atlantic from Cuba rather than shipping it by freight. I designed the label for their Ron Sostenible Triple Cask, an 8-year-old rum aged in three different casks: Bourbon, Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso. The design needed to reflect both the premium quality of the product and the brand's sustainable values. The label was designed entirely in Adobe Illustrator, with careful attention to typography, hierarchy and the detailed information required on a spirits label - including cask type, voyage number and alcohol content. The design went into commercial production and is currently on shelves.
