Description
A coded label generator for Danish craft brewery ÅBEN, letting users design unique beer labels through sliders and options, previewed live on a 3D can. The project combines generative graphics, interactive UI systems and motion-based presentation to create hundreds of unique label variations while maintaining a coherent visual identity.

The final output is previewed on a 3D can model built with Three.js so users can see exactly how their label wraps around the can before exporting.
Each label is built from generative graphics made in p5.js. Users control colours, shapes, textures and dot patterns, every combination produces a different result while staying within the ÅBEN visual identity.
Initial visual research references around texture, nightlife, movement and distorted reflections to shape the visual atmosphere.
Researching ÅBEN’s existing labels and visual language to understand recurring patterns and consistency.
Exploring variation systems and how different outputs could still feel visually connected.
Developing colour systems and interaction logic for the final generator.
